Ralf Wellhäuser

I have over 20 years of experience in the field of special plant engineering. I had the opportunity to gain this experience in the context of planning and implementing thermal exhaust air purification systems for the chemicals industry and thermal plants for the disposal of oil and sewage sludge for the oil processing industry, as well as large-scale painting lines for the automotive industry, including modifications, upgrades and expansions. My training as a toolmaker and process engineer, as well as my progression from construction to technical coordination to overall project management serve me in good stead for the development of smart, practical solutions.

I enjoy the opportunity to work in large and in some cases international project organisations with complex remits: multidisciplinarity across all specialisms motivates me. I am happy to carry out any necessary troubleshooting in the areas of implementation and commissioning.

In collaborative scenarios, I value openness, dependability and transparency. I’m a dyed-in-the-wool team player, taking pleasure from working in teams as well as leading them. I feel most satisfied when everyone involved communicates as equals and together we are able to achieve the shared project goal with all stakeholders.
