I want to inspire people to live together in a "sustainable" way! A respectful approach to nature and its resources - as our basis of life and source of inspiration - is very important to me. I like to contribute to looking at different perspectives and jointly developing solutions for a sustainable and peaceful society on a small and large scale. Accordingly, I have a wide range of interests and am always open to new approaches.

In project work, I appreciate the challenge of understanding different needs and approaches. Working together as equals in diverse teams is important to me. I like to take a close look and question things, which is why I value a structured way of working as well as room for flexibility. I see appreciative and target group-specific communication as a decisive success factor for good cooperation.
