My core competence is advising and supporting people in the field of human resources so that they can realize their full potential and use their creative freedom. How can we make processes lean, humane and effective within given guidelines? And how can we support people in using their creative freedom within these framework conditions? These questions occupy me in my everyday life and lead me to constantly question existing structures and develop them further with commitment.

Thanks to my experience in the catering and hotel industry, I am service-oriented, down-to-earth, have a positive attitude and approach people openly - which also helps me in my current field of work Personnel Administration. My talent lies in picking people up and taking them along with me in order to be successful together. Respect, friendliness and an exchange at eye level are key building blocks for this.
