As a generalist with a soft spot for environmental issues, I am fascinated by the holistic approach to (environmental) systems. For me, sustainability is not just an empty phrase, but a value system that accompanies me through my daily work. The focus for me is on sustainable, in the sense of long-lasting, results. I am particularly interested in the process of developing solutions in the field of tension between society and nature.

I think in a networked way and keep an eye on the big picture. In doing so, I always focus on pragmatism. I like to work through complicated issues - depending on the level of knowledge of the target group - and present them in an understandable way, whereby my creative streak also helps me. When it comes to fine-tuning reports, on the other hand, my thoroughness comes into play.
