Harmonizing the needs of individuals with the whole: Where is the individual person, where is the organization as a whole heading? That's my common thread, that's what fascinates me. I find it particularly exciting to identify and communicate these needs: In the interplay between the individual and the collective, or even when interests seem to differ.

I enjoy seeing and thinking about a system. This can also be done figuratively in a process visualization, or through language: I'm a fan of thinking "out loud" with a counterpart and making connections visible in this way. What do I bring to the table? Experience in accompanying change processes at universities and driving quality development in education - whether from an internal development or external peer perspective; project support for a start-up survey tool with the topics of cultural and organizational development. Influenced by applied graphic design, I have found my common thread in the design of togetherness.
