My contribution: Understanding people, recognising their talents and potential, bringing them as individuals or as part of whole organisations to the right place, where they can have fun and work according to their strengths. That's what I do for us and for our clients.

With head and heart: I am an analytical person who likes to get to the bottom of new topics. At the same time, I am interested in what moves my counterpart and like to look behind the façade.

My approach: I ask questions and listen, I moderate and advise, I am a partner. This also includes weighing up risks and pointing out consequences when problems arise and decisions are made.

I see myself as a human translator who speaks different languages: interdisciplinary, intercultural, international.
