What conditions help people and their groups to recognise their vast potential? And how can people be invited and encouraged to let go of old things in order to discover new ones? How can they use the inspiration from this process to bring their own capabilities to fruition? What helps people develop a sense of awareness concerning their own development? And when do people start inspiring and supporting each other from within themselves?

These questions drive me and challenge me. This is where I am in my element. Here I have found both purpose and passion! I was able to gather the associated experiences in a variety of contexts: through education in schools, universities and in many different roles in the field of corporate learning as well as coaching individuals.
