The Aubrugg building is giving way to a new replacement building with the standard of a Minergie-P-ECO building that meets ewz's requirements. In the process, new office workplaces, training places with training rooms and workshops will be created. Building automation plays a very important role in the form of integrative planning, taking into account all trades, including construction.

TBF is responsible for all building services, i.e. heating, ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation and building automation (HLKKSE-GA) and also carries out the technical coordination. The contract covers SIA phases 31 to 53.
