The Briglina wastewater treatment plant in Brig has reached its capacity limit and requires expansion. Correspondingly, a planner for the project and the subsequent implementation and commissioning is needed. TBF was contracted to carry out the general planning. This requires specific expertise on public procurement law and the requirements for wastewater treatment plant planning. Together with the client, TBF developed the tender documentation and drew up the criteria for assessing the tenders. Two extended workshops allowed the client to formulate their requirements and TBF could then incorporate these into the documentation. Once the tenders had been submitted, TBF evaluated them and worked together with the client to reach a recommendation for awarding the contract.
