What could be better than approaching your daily work with a sense of fun and joy. My humour and optimism are therefore among the characteristics that I hope to share with others and which help me master the sometimes demanding challenges of everyday work.

Commitment and trust are equally important to me in both internal and external collaborations. In my own development, great faith was placed in me and I enjoy passing that on as part of my current role.

For me, the team is the key to success. In my view, team spirit, networking and the training and promotion of young employees are key to the successful development of individuals and the company over the long term.
