In order to maintain the crisis infrastructure, as well as to ensure additional office workplaces for the emergency control centre, the ewz site in Auwiesen is being renovated. The Auwiesen building will be renovated in two stages. Ensuring security of supply for the ventilation and cooling systems of the electrical/switching and relay rooms is of utmost importance. It is crucial that the temporary solutions and redundancies are planned and executed appropriately. Building automation plays a very important role here in the form of holistic planning (control and regulation), taking into account all trades, including construction. The Auwiesen building is planned according to the Minergie-ECO standard.

TBF is responsible for the planning of heating, ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation and building automation (HLKKSE-GA). In addition, the technical coordination is being carried out. The contract covers SIA phases 31 to 53.
