In addition to the 3 indoor and 3 outdoor pools, the Fohrbach swimming pool also includes a wellness pool, a gymnasium, a fitness centre, a sauna, massage services, solariums, football and beach volleyball fields, a children's playground, as well as a cafeteria and kiosk.
For 20 years, TBF has been working for the operator and owner of the swimming pool on repair, conversion and renovation projects for the sports facility. These include, for example, projects such as the complete overhaul of the pool water technology from 2004 to 2006, the total renovation of the pool dressing rooms from 2014 to 2015, or the replacement of the wellness facility from 2016 to 2017, but also annually defined maintenance packages during ongoing operation of the pool water technology, building technology, shell construction and interior fittings.

TBF takes on the role of a comprehensive partner and provides services ranging from project management and client support to technical planning and construction management.
