This project involved the construction of a completely new tram line covering 3.2 km, as well as the reconstruction of the urban SN 1.4.1 national road covering 2.2 km. Eight new stops were built to meet the needs of people with disabilities, work lines were renovated and relocated and roadways were redesigned. In addition, extensive third-party projects were implemented within the project perimeter, which had to be coordinated.

TBF was responsible for general project management, including coordination of schedules for all phases, coordination of technical interfaces, negotiations with landowners, coordination with third-party projects (Hardbrücke bridge renovation, Prime Tower), public relations, contracts and quality assurance.
