Der Verband KVA Thurgau betreibt seit 25 Jahren eine Kehrichtverwertungsanlage in Weinfelden. Die bestehende KVA muss in den nächsten 15 Jahren erneuert oder ersetzt werden. Der Verband KVA Thurgau hat in diesem Kontext die Vision eines "Energiehubs" entwickelt. Die KVA ist die wichtigste und grösste Strom- und Wärmeproduzentin des Kanton Thurgau und versorgt eine nahe gelegene Papierfabrik mit Prozessdampf. Im Hinblick auf die Zielerreichung der Energiestrategie 2050 bieten sich bei der Gestaltung des Anlagenersatzes grosse Chancen, den Absatz von Prozessdampf zu steigern.

TBF darf den Verband KVA Thurgau bei der Projektentwicklung und -abwicklung begleiten und beraten. Das Mandat zeichnet sich durch seine Vielfältigkeit aus, welches sich auch in der Zusammenarbeit praktisch aller Tätigkeitsbereiche von TBF widerspiegelt.

Verband KVA Thurgau has been operating a waste recycling plant in Weinfelden for 25 years. The existing waste recycling plant needs to be upgraded or replaced in the next 15 years. With this in mind, Verband KVA Thurgau has developed the concept of an ‘energy hub’. The waste recycling plant is the most important and largest electricity and heat producer in the canton of Thurgau and supplies a nearby paper factory with process steam. With a view to achieving the objectives of the Energy Strategy 2050, excellent opportunities are available when designing the plant replacement to increase sales of process steam.

TBF is pleased to assist and advise Verband KVA Thurgau in the development and management of the project. The mandate is notable for its variety, which, in terms of the collaboration, will extend to practically all of the areas of expertise of TBF.

L’association UIOM de Thurgovie (Verband KVA Thurgau) exploite depuis 25 ans une usine d’incinération des ordures ménagères à Weinfelden. L’activité de l’usine d’incinération des ordures ménagères actuelle devra être renouvelée ou remplacée dans les 15 prochaines années. C’est dans ce contexte que l’association UIOM de Thurgovie a développé la vision d’un « hub énergétique ». L’usine d’incinération des ordures ménagères est à l’origine de la plus grande production d’électricité et de chaleur du canton de Thurgovie et alimente une usine de papier voisine en vapeur industrielle. En vue d’atteindre les objectifs de la stratégie énergétique 2050, le remplacement des usines offre en effet de nombreuses opportunités pour augmenter les ventes de vapeur industrielle.

TBF accompagne et conseille l’association UIOM de Thurgovie dans le développement et l’exécution du projet. Le mandat se caractérise par sa diversité, qui se traduit également par la coopération de pratiquement tous les domaines d’activité de TBF.

Nell’ottica del raggiungimento degli obiettivi della strategia energetica 2050, la progettazione dell’impianto sostitutivo offre grandi possibilità di aumento della produzione di vapore di processo.

TBF seguirà il consorzio KVA Thurgau offrendo la propria consulenza nell’ambito dello sviluppo e della realizzazione del progetto. Il mandato si caratterizza per la sua varietà, visibile anche nella collaborazione di praticamente tutti i settori di competenza di TBF.
