In Bern, ewb will be building over 30 kilometers of new district heating pipelines over the next fifteen years. This expansion means that new competencies will become important within the company in the future. TBF provides support in organisational and personnel development. In workshops with employees, visions and goals for the future are created together. By means of innovative working methods, such as the development of a business game, complex interrelationships are recognised and made visible playfully, which serves to optimise processes on the one hand and to recognise conflicting goals (through changing perspectives) at an early stage on the other. Learning processes take place on the basis of concrete challenges from practice, creating real and digital environments that promote and support the learning of people and organisations in a variety of dimensions. In appropriate settings, prototypes for solutions are designed, implemented and their effects observed, documented, reflected on and made visible to those involved.
